The Minimum Affiliate Stack for a Busy Professional
A lean toolchain for publishing, measuring, and improving affiliate content without turning the project into another full-time job.
The easiest way to kill a side project is to turn tooling into the project.
Affiliate publishing needs infrastructure, but it does not need a complicated stack on day one. The minimum stack should help you publish, measure, and improve without hiding the core question: are readers getting enough value to trust your recommendations?
The Stack
Start with a fast static site, a newsletter provider, an analytics tool, and a spreadsheet that tracks offers, links, commissions, and review status.
That is enough to learn. More tools can come later when the constraints are real.
What to Track
Track published pages, organic impressions, affiliate clicks, email signups, and revenue received. Do not confuse dashboard movement with business progress.
What to Avoid
Avoid buying tools that promise shortcuts before you have traffic. If a tool does not improve research quality, publishing speed, conversion clarity, or reader trust, it is probably premature.
